Lunch - sorted too with a delicious free Pork Loin Joint, pig in blankets and sausage meat....

Dinner - to add to the cold Pork sandwiches a delicious gammon ham joint too.

Either a 1 kg Pork Loin Joint to feed 4 or a 1.5kg Joint to feed 6, both will provide leftovers for the evening or following day.

1 x 1.5kg Gammon Joint

1 x 400g (8/12 slices) slices streaky bacon
