About Us
We at Wallers butchers have been serving food lovers for over 40 years from the beautiful market town of Ledbury. Over that time, we have won many prestigious awards in competitions throughout the region.
Our business started back in the 1970’s – with the simple ethos of providing good quality meats, from local suppliers, all served with a smile :)
You can choose from a wide range of professionally prepared meats - Beef, Lamb, Pork and Poultry as well as a great selection of Wild Game.
Then there is the 30 varieties of sausage and our delicious range of dry cured bacon that actually fries in the pan rather than boils....

Over the years we have built up great relationships, working closely with our suppliers to ensure consistency and quality throughout the year. Only using farms and farmers who share our belief that welfare and traditional methods are paramount to guarantee texture and flavour has been key. A tradition we aim to maintain.

All of the animals are reared outdoors, the meat is dry hung to enhance the flavour, tenderness and succulence prior to preparation by the team of skilled butchers, who will always be happy to help wherever necessary.
This simple philosophy we have proven time and again gives our customers confidence and peace of mind. We appreciate that not only customers want to know where their meat has come from but that it will cook well and eat great every time.
We also now have a range of delicious home made meals, all made for you by
