A home sick customers son, who now works in the Alps teaching skiing, was catching up with his mum on the telephone, when the subject of missing home came up…. He said what he really missed was Wallers Sausage & Weston’s Cider. Tongue in Cheek his mother suggested she had a driver in the area and would he like her to arrange a delivery. He spoke to his boss, who thought it would be a great opportunity to have a themed evening...Consequently we now have 150 Traditional Pork Sausage, 150 Pork & Cider Sausage, 150 Pork, Apple, Sage & Onion Sausage & 150 Beef Sausage, (as well as 1000 pints of cider) on its way to the Alps this Thursday!

...Arriving back in the UK it is safe to say our produce went down an absolute treat in Morzine! The chefs loved cooking (and eating) the sausage, praising the quality and wishing they had this standard of sausage in the Alps! The pork pie was also just as big of a hit with the crowd. The Old Rosie had also ran out by 5.30, with over a 1000 pints of Westons Cider consumed on the day! Most importantly the event raised €1000 for The Cystic Fibrosis Trust, so everyone at L'Aubergade were over the moon.
