Using only the finest Herefordshire beef with a balanced selection of herbs, we marinate this dish for 24 hours in red wine & our special blend of herbs and spices, before being gently braising it.
We find this process truly brings out the character of this wonderfully satisfying dish, all complemented with a selection of root vegetables. Honestly, the beef just melts in your mouth.
