Our Haggis recipe has been passed down from generation to generation of McWallers.
Hamish 'The Haggis' McWaller, a distant cousin of ours came down from Highlands last year to make sure we are still, making it right....

Despite some believing that the ingredients are unpleasant, it couldn't be further from the truth. Our Mc Waller's Haggis includes: Lamb, Liver, Heart, Onion and Spices and Caul fat to wrap up these tasty little treasures. Caul Fat has a very similar texture to a sausage skin.
