Taking the beautiful Suffolk breed of lamb our farmers have crossed it with a Charollais lamb - they do occasionally use a Texel instead, however both give a wonderful balanced finish to create the perfect roasting joint.

This joint is suitable for 3 or 4 people.

Sublime deliciousness

Easy to cook, came out crispy skin, rendered fat and pink meat....all that was needed was a little oil and salt and pepper on the full leg, and we used garlic and rosemary on the half.
