Grilled, baked, or on a summers evening barbecued. These are versatile, delicious & wonderfully flavoursome.
Try mixing a 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 3/4 cup of Balsamic vinegar and a few crushed garlic cloves together and glaze the chops. Ideally, leave for a minimum of 20 minutes to allow the glaze to sink in before cooking. The longer the better....
Serve with root vegetables and mash potato.
