It doesn't boil in the pan it actually frys! It cooks just like it should, because its cured just as it used to be traditionally, naturally - just look at the before and after pictures.

Good quality back but...
Good quality but it should be cut thinner. 1 rasher could be sliced in half or maybe 3. No use for bacon sandwiches
