We marinade the beef for 24 Hours in a delicious Ale before cooking.
Mid way through we add the Onion and Mushroom so the flavours infuse. We then create the gravy from all that stock. I know, we are sharing our secrets, but, so many ask us how we make these delicious pies and get the gravy so rich and tasty.... Now you know.
All this is then filled into a puf pastry case and baked, so all you have to do is heat it up, then eat it up.
What could be simpler and so rewarding....
