Dry hung on the bone for a minimum of 10 days, we then remove the bone and hang it again for a minimum of 14 days, to really bring out the flavour of this unsung hero.

Beautiful in a sandwich, with home made chips or served with something a little more exotic or creative, Wallers' rump steak will not let you down - Just don't over cook it....
