A wonderful starter or as part of a Barbeque treat. I always suggest to start these off in the oven for a good half hour before finishing them off under the grill or Barbeque.

When the meat can be easily pulled away from the bone, its time to dine.

A great home-made marinade is: 100ml Soy Sauce, 50ml Worcester Sauce, 1"  Ginger and 2 bulbs of Garlic finely chopped, a good gulp of Honey, 1 Table Spoon of Brown Sugar and Chilli. All of these ingredients are down to taste so adding a bit more or taking a bit  away is down to taste....
