Best cooked quickly in a hot pan with garlic & black pepper or with a light dusting of Cinnamon, Salt and Pepper. They are lean delicious and easy to cook, just don't over cook 'um.....

Obviously, these are a wild bird, and while every effort has been made to remove the Bone and shot, there may still be a little present, so please bbe careful.
