Please becareful of cheap immitaitons as the idea has caught on.... Just remember - you saw it here first and there are cheaper immitations!

The Cheese is grated through the mix, before we mold and press the burgers, so while its  cooking it melts through giving an absolutely delicious - Toasted Cheesey Taste.
